My name is Rahel Getu, I am 26 years old. I am from Ethiopia, currently living in Italy learning my masters degree in International finance and Economics . I am native Amharic speaker and I am Amharic language teacher on Italki.عني كمعلّم
Language is a skill one build up through practice and for that I make sure the lessons to be more interactive as well as interesting. I am willing to support my students to develop their Amharic through in-class conversation , writing and listening exercises. Amharic as a language is interesting and if one has good knowledge on the flow of the alphabets and the ground grammar rules, rest will be dependent on constant practice. we will be using the alphabetic table to work on your writing skills, we will be using role plays , books and conversations on several topics as means to improve your speaking skills.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

Rahel gobez astamari nech! Learning Amharic through her structured (but patient) lessons, understanding conjugation, vocabulary, speaking cadence, etc. is a great experience. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed English grammar in primary school, so learning amharic grammar provides an excellent challenge with different sentence structure. Rahel explains the sentence structure in a way that is easily understood!
