Fantastic lesson, as always :) I've studied many languages and hundreds of hours on Italki over the last ten years, and have rarely have met such an accomplished, kind and dependable teacher as Elena! Highly recommend to any learners looking to speak more Russian.

Elena is a great teacher! She is always well-prepared for our lessons and I really appreciate how she creates customized materials to address my weaknesses with grammar and pronunciation. She also introduces new vocabulary to help me advance my skills and challenges me in a way that feels achievable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to improve their Russian.

I have been taking lessons with Elena for a little over a year and am very happy with the progress I’ve made in that time. She plans each lesson thoughtfully, making time for both conversation practice, which helps me practice my speaking and refine my vocabulary, and grammar study, which is the area I’m currently focused on improving in. I appreciate that she also types out corrections for me to reference after our lessons and consistently puts effort into preparing personalized lesson plans. She is a very caring and compassionate teacher and I highly recommend her!

If you're looking for a great Russian teacher, I would definitely recommend Mrs. Elena. She's very communicative, explains things clearly and most importantly makes my lessons enjoyable. So, take my advice, and you won't have to think twice ;)

Probably stemming from her professional background, Elena's knowledge of the Russian language is palpably deeper then what we've encountered and have been rather underwhelmed with on this platform so far. (saying this as a Russian-speaker myself) Thank you!

Elena is very personable and approachable. For conversation practice she speaks very clearly, knows the right level to use and what questions to ask to ascertain knowledge level. Very recommended
