Professional Hebrew teacher at Tel-Aviv University, specializing in guiding absolute beginners to fluency—especially Chinese speakers with zero background. My dual expertise in language education and cultural research (I speak 11 languages!) helps me craft lessons that resonate across borders. I teach Hebrew from the alphabet to very advanced in terms of vocabulary, grammar, diction, and idioms. I can help you improve your pronunciation as my accent and way of conversing is natural. I will speak to you slowly in a calm and welcoming tone.
All my classes are specific are tailored to each student's needs. I care about your personality, and ways of learning. I adjust to your specific requirements and states of mind.
I am a very open-minded person I like talking about psychology, history, anthropology, cross-cultural exchanges, and so on.

I provide all the materials and can give you homework assignments. I will take notes during each lesson so you can review vocabulary.
I offer classes to every level so it doesn't matter if you are totally new to Hebrew.
I am a very concrete self-confidence builder and am quite able to guide you through the different levels of comprehension during the lessons.

Tzuf is an excellent Hebrew teacher! His passion for teaching really shines through in every lesson. He is absolutely charming and intelligent. Gerade habe ich mich wieder eine wunderbare Stunde mit Tzuf gehabt. Und ich geh beschwingt in den Abend.
Inzwischen lerne ich mit Tzuf seit zehn Monaten hebräisch. Dank ihm bin ich immer dran geblieben, trotz vieler Momente, in denen ich mich gefragt habe, ob ich dabei bleibe. Seine offene und bestärkende Seite wie sein Humor haben mich durch so manche Frustration getragen. Auch seine Bereitschaft, jede meiner Hausaufgaben zu korrigieren, ist eine große Hilfe für mich.
