I took Vivian's Cantonese class as a beginner. I was nervous to try a language with so many well known obstacles, but she helped me to navigate through the minefield that is Cantonese. She is very supportive, has many excellent resources, and presents the material in a well-organized and professional manner. I highly recommend her for your studies!

It was such a fun experience to brush up on my Cantonese! I remembered more than I thought. I am happy I tried my first lesson with Vivian, she was patient and well prepared with power points and we went over numbers, date and time and the basics. I cannot wait to continue!

Vivian did a great job giving a short introduction to tones and Taoism specific terms for my 11th grade IB World Religion students. She was extremely prepared, with note cards and a power point presentation. She was both clear and positive in her interactions with the class. My students LOVED the experience and we are all very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her!
