I am so impressed with Juliana's tutoring! She challenges me to learn, but at the same time is very encouraging. She explains grammar and usage clearly, and although it will take a lot of practice for me to remember the details, I can see that I am making progress.

Dear J, we have just had our 100th lesson. We made quite a long trip together, and I 'd like to thank you for the time and the efforts you've done teaching me to be more fluent, correct and competent in writing and speaking English. You've done a great job, and I'm very proud of my enhancements, even if there are still lot of achievements to be reached. When you started teaching me, more than two years ago, I wasn't able to read anything else than technical texts. Now, I am enjoying books like “The men from st.Petersburg, by Ken Follet” or “the picture of Dorian Grey, by Oscar Wilde”. I am better at seeing movies in English (without subtitles), and I feel more confident if I have to write an email to an English-speaking colleague. You are helping me a lot with your friendliness and your ability to make me comfortable when I face the difficulties of speaking in a foreign language. I appreciate your precision when correcting me, even when I repeat the same mistake many times. I have spoken with you for so long and about lots of topics, that I feel confident to tell you (quite) everything, as I can do with a friend. I perfectly know that we are not friends, as we have never met except through a Skype call, but I can say that knowing I will meet you again next week is a real pleasure to me.

Slowly but surely, I am feeling more comfortable with talking in Ukrainian. I love that I am seeing progress! And I appreciate Juliana's patience and encouragement very much.

Спасибо Юлиане! Сегодня ровно 3 года с тех пор, как я начал заниматься с ней. Она хороший учитель, всегда подготовлена и приветлива, а главное терпелива и не обращает внимание на мои личностные закидоны)) Всегда находит возможность под меня подстроиться в форс мажорных ситуациях с моим расписанием. Языки мне даются с большим трудом. Я родился и вырос в Эстонии, и на сегодняшний день с эстонцами я разговариваю на английском, тк мой эстонский намного слабее. Ставлю своему учителю 5+

Technology was acting up at the beginning, but then we figured it out. Listening and speaking are challenging, so I really appreciate Juliana's patience and encouragement. I would absolutely recommend her to other students!
