My name is Rachel and am currently living in La Rochelle. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Rochelle
I speak french, english and dutch. I'm learning japanese and spanish. I like to read, walk, exercise, talk (:) ), learn languages and learn about other people's culture.عني كمعلّم
I've started working as a tutor through Italki a while ago and right now I'm studying in order to become a professional teacher (when i have time).
If you are a group (couple or a group from 2 to 5 people a1/a2 or intermediate, you will find an option for you when scheduling).

For our first lesson, please, tell me a bit about you before we start:
- If you speak a little bit of french or if you have an intermediate to advanced level.
-What you would like to do during our classes.
-Why you are learning french.
We'll talk about different topics but we'll also practice grammar through conversation.
We'll use a googledoc to share writings (I write a lot)

J'ai commencé mes sessions de français avec Rachel en janvier, 2021. J'avais tellement de la chance parce qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'enseignants sur Italki comme elle. Après chaque session, j'ai beaucoup plus de connaissances pas seulement au niveau de la grammaire mais aussi au niveau culturel. J'aime vraiment mes lessons avec Rachel.

Rachel is a fantastic teacher. She keeps the conversation flowing naturally and isn’t afraid to correct me when I make a mistake. I also really appreciate that she always comes prepared with a plan or topic for each lesson. She takes notes on my errors as we go and assigns homework, which helps me stay on track. I truly enjoy the structure and consistency of her lessons.
