Hi, I’m Marila, your language coach, cultural translator, and biggest fan of awkward Farsi voice notes.
If you grew up hearing Persian or Dari at home but never got to own it like your parents do, you’re not alone.
I work with Afghans, Iranians, and heritage speakers who want to reconnect with their roots, as well as curious learners from all backgrounds who are discovering Persian and (Dari dialect) as a new language, without boring textbooks, confusing grammar drills, or shame for “not being fluent enough.”عني كمعلّم

Classes with Marila are very natural - I take them as a challenge to understand the Dari dialect better, since I am only used to Farsi. It helps a lot, and the conversations are also very interesting, since she is a very nice and kind person to speak to. Her English is phenomenal as well. Please try her whatever you want to learn (Dari, Farsi, English); her Farsi is also extremely close to those of people from Iran.
