Marianna

I started with Marianna when I only knew a few dozen words, and now we often have our entire lesson in finnish. She always meets me where I am at, and is ready to adjust if I need to focus on on a new topic or revisit an old one. Reflecting on all of our sessions, I can honestly say I have learned way more than I expected to. Marianna has helped me improve every aspect of my finnish, reading, writing, speaking, listening, etc. I always feel comfortable making mistakes and I am grateful to have worked with her.

The lesson was very nice. The teacher was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere was good, and I felt comfortable. I am happy with the lesson. The materials were interesting and useful, and the teacher explained everything very well.

Week by week, I feel more and more at ease speaking Finnish, thanks to Marianna. She has a natural approach to teaching, meaning she's really attuned to the student and how they learn and where they are in the language. Her sensitivity has helped me to feel positive about learning more and has helped me progress a lot quicker than I expected in the language.

The teacher gives many examples and explains things clearly. I learned a lot of new things and I am very happy with the lesson.
