Hi, my name is Gabriele. I live in Southern Italy and speak English fluently at a conversational level. Interacting with international friends has enriched my life by exposing me to different cultures. As an Italian teacher and lifelong language learner (currently studying Japanese), I understand the challenges of language acquisition firsthand. I also explore linguistics, effective learning methods, and automation tools to optimize learning. My interests include: 🗣️ Linguistics 💻 Programming 🧪 Science 💡 Philosophy 🧠 Psychology 🖼️ Art 🎶 Music 📷 Photography ✍️ Poetry 🎮 Video Games I create a personalized learning experience, adapting lessons to each student's goals and learning style. Since no single method works for everyone, I integrate tools and techniques based on students' needs. Above all, I aim to create a supportive environment where mistakes become opportunities for growth, and communication flows naturally. My teaching is immersive and conversation-based, helping students build confidence through real interactions. I use English when needed while keeping the focus on acquisition. Lessons are flexible and shaped around each student's requests. A common format is open dialogue, where we discuss different topics while I provide real-time corrections and explanations of grammar, vocabulary, and language use in context. Lastly, I recommend resources based on your interests, helping you build sustainable habits and make Italian part of your daily life.

Gabriele è un insegnante molto bravo, serio e professionale, con un ottimo metodo didattico. Le sue spiegazioni sono chiare, precise e sempre adattate al mio modo di imparare. Apprezzo in modo particolare la sua capacità di correggere con tatto e con grande precisione. Le sue ampie conoscenze gli permettono di affrontare una grande varietà di argomenti. Sa proporre spunti e aprire una riflessione, sempre con benevolenza e un reale ascolto. Grazie a lui esploro l’italiano ben oltre la lingua stessa. Le sue lezioni sono vivaci, stimolanti e arricchenti. Ogni lezione è un momento eccezionale. Raccomando davvero Gabriele, senza esitazione.

Gabriele is an excellent Italian teacher. We have done more than 15 lessons of 45 minutes each, and a big part of our classes was focused on conversation. With him, I could talk about all kinds of topics, which helped me improve my speaking confidence a lot. He creates a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, so speaking feels easy and natural. He also explains grammar very clearly whenever needed, without interrupting the flow of the lesson too much. That balance between conversation practice and grammar support was very valuable for me. I highly recommend Gabriele to anyone who wants to improve their Italian in a practical, enjoyable, and effective way.

I did 1h lesson with Gabrielle. We covered introductions & follow up questions. Gabrielle is very knowledgable but didn't want to overwhelm me on the first lesson. We took it slow & did some sample conversations. Grazie Gabrielle

I’ve had a great experience learning Italian with Gabriele. He uses modern, effective teaching methods and always adapts lessons to my level and goals. I especially appreciate how he helps me use Anki for vocabulary and review it’s made a big difference in how well I retain what we cover in class. Lessons are well-structured, practical, and engaging, and he’s very patient and encouraging.
