Just through one session, I could tell just how experienced, skilled and talented Yotsuba-sensei is as an instructor. From her use of equipment like a stylus to draw and provide examples through screen share, having a PowerPoint prepared to introduce both herself and guidelines for the class and being very good with time management, Yotsuba-sensei really is a great instructor. I was reminded of my past Japanese instructors from university in all the best ways. On top of all that, she was very approachable, easy to talk to in terms of different topics and even took the time to provide feedback and corrections to my Japanese at the end of the session. Out of all the words I've used until now, "Professional" is probably the best way to describe Yotsuba-sensei, I can't recommend her enough!

Like as always, Yotsuba sensei's lesson are fun and relaxing. I have been taking the lessons for a few months now and I can really feel my speaking has been improved significantly. Looking forward to the next lesson!

This teacher was very kind, patient and tried to understand me and my level. It was challenging for me and I realize I need to study more before trying to have a conversation.

It’s difficult to write a review for Yotsuba-sensei in under 1000 characters because I have too many good things to say about her! She’s smart, funny, kind, caring and very patient. Even though I struggle with social anxiety and one-on-one conversations, I always look forward to our lessons because she is really easy to talk to, always seems to be in a good mood, and is able to make any topic fun. I feel as though in the 3 months I’ve had lessons with Yotsuba-sensei that I’ve progressed more than in my entire last year of self-study, and I'm very grateful for her help in my learning journey. I really recommend her!
