I’m Luis 大家好 こんにちは
🍒I started learning Japanese during the pandemic and improved from zero to nearly native level through self-study. I love traveling to Japan and watching Japanese anime and dramas on Netflix, which fuels my passion for the language. I’m not only a tutor but also a fellow learner who truly enjoys Japanese. Through self-study, I found translation work and new opportunities. Now, I hope to share my learning methods and self-study tips here to help you improve more effectively.
🍒我在疫情期间开始自学日语，从零基础提升到接近母语水平。我喜欢去日本旅行，也常在Netflix看日本动漫和电视剧，因此对日语充满热情。我既是导师，也是和大家一样热爱日语的学习者。通过自学，我成功找到与日语相关的翻译工作，并获得了更多机会。现在我希望在这个平台分享我的学习方法和独学秘诀！

🍒我的学习方式比较特殊，我把自己当作“实验者”，通过自我教学不断试错，形成了自己的学习体系。从零基础到接近母语水平的日语，就是这套方法的成果。我同时会中文、英文和日语，因此也能够无障碍地指导中文或英文母语者学习日语。
🍒My learning journey is unique because I treated myself as an “experiment subject,” constantly teaching myself and testing different learning approaches. Through this, I developed my own method that helped me reach near-native Japanese from zero. Since I speak Chinese, English, and Japanese, I can explain my method clearly to learners who speak either Chinese or English.
🍒私の学習方法は少し特別で、自分自身を「実験者」として独学しながら試行錯誤を重ね、独自の学習メソッドを作り上げました。ゼロからほぼネイティブレベルまで成長できたのは、この方法のおかげです。中国語・英語・日本語が話せるため、中国語圏や英語圏の学習者にもわかりやすく指導できます。 دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
🍒我的教学内容主要包括：
① Free Talk自由会话：适合想练口语、聊天交友、提升表达流畅度的学习者。
② 基础日语（Basic Japanese）：从零基础入门，打好发音、词汇与语法根基。
③ 自学方法指导：分享高效独学技巧，适合自律型学习者。
我可使用中文、日语和英语授课，非常欢迎初学者与口语提升需求的学习者加入。
🍒My lessons mainly include:
① Free Talk Conversation – Ideal for learners who want to practice speaking, make friends, and improve fluency.
② Basic Japanese – Step-by-step beginner lessons focusing on pronunciation, vocabulary, and essential grammar.
③ Self-study Method Guidance – Sharing effective independent learning techniques for self-disciplined learners.
I can teach in Chinese, Japanese, and English, and I especially welcome beginners and learners who want to improve their speaking skills.

Great lesson! We spent the whole time just talking naturally, which turned out to be the best practice. We discovered we're both into skating, so the conversation flowed really easily and felt genuine. It's one thing to study Japanese from textbooks, but being able to hold a real, relaxed conversation about shared interests made a huge difference. Really enjoyed it — looking forward to the next one!

Luis-sensei has a very warm and friendly vibe that easily establishes rapport, making conversations flow naturally. As he mentioned, he is also a Japanese learner, yet despite being at a very high level, he remains humble and highly relatable—you're studying and learning not just with a teacher but a friend. Our conversations were so engaging and educational that I completely forgot about the time limit.

Luis is an excellent teacher. For me, I appreciate that he's always keeping the lessons fun and engaging while being attentive to areas of improvement. I believe students who are beginners or more advanced, can learn a lot from his classes. Enjoy!
