Hi, I’m Via! I’m from the Philippines🇵🇭 and I’m passionate about teaching. I speak both Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya), and I’d love to help you learn either or both! Teaching and making new friends are things I really enjoy, so it’s awesome that I get to do both here on Italki. Let’s have some fun while you learn. Can’t wait to meet you!عني كمعلّم

I'm also happy to suggest specific topics if you're not sure where to start, just let me know what you're interested in or what your goals are.

Highly recommend Via for Tagalog lessons!! each session teacher is very positive and patient and adapts to students' needs. I know Via can keep me accountable and motivated to learn tagalog. I went from beginner phrases to sentence building in a couple of weeks and am excited to see where I'm at going forward. 🇵🇭🛩

Via is a very fun and effective teacher! She's great with having me speak as I learn, and having me use new words in several different easy ways immediately. She is super nice and full of energy. She even made "dark mode" learning materials for me upon request, which I'm so grateful for!
