She's very punctual, has a very easy approach to learning French and allows me to learn at a speed that's comfortable for me (and my very busy schedule). She tailors the learning (at my request) to concentrate on areas that will help me for an upcoming month in France, while avoiding topics that won't help me much on my trip: family, business, school. I really like working with Heidi; her approach makes me feel like I can actually learn to speak French.

Just a beginner here, and never felt any pressure to know everything or pick up vocabulary and pronunciation perfectly and instantly. Just a nice, easy lesson that makes me want to study and practice for the next lesson.
