My name is Francis, i am a highly motivated ESL teacher and an ambitious medical personnel aspiring to deliver best solutions when faced with any challenge. I emphasize real life communication, clear pronunciation, and active vocabulary use. With experience teaching bilingual learners, especially Chinese students, I use simple explanations and sometimes mandarin to clarify difficult concepts.
