Mein Name ist Wassilis und ich bin Deutschlehrer auf der italki-Plattform. Ich komme aus und wohne in Athen, Griechenland.
For communicational purposes I can speak english & of course greek, my mother tongue.
I went to the German School in Athens, did my Abitur & continued with the language certificates from Goethe Institute (up to the old Great German Language Diplom).
As part of my history-archaeology-degree, I attended courses at Heidelberg University & wrote seminar papers in German.
In the last 16 years I have worked as German teacher at a number of language schools, a private school, privately & remotely.عني كمعلّم
For the last four years I have been teaching German as a foreign language online, mainly for adults who want to study, work or just live in the DACHL countries.
I am constantly inspired by new textbooks, exams and teaching methods; That's why I take part in relevant seminars for further training. I only use German-language textbooks that you can also find and buy abroad. My students have successfully prepared for exams for the Goethe Institute, ÖSD, the Greek State and testDaF. I am currently teaching the German language to employees of two companies that operate in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
The decision to teach completely digitally even before the first lockdown was easy for me to make: I can use a variety of textbooks, even combine them, and supplement them with audiovisual materials. The Internet itself offers a large number of videos, media libraries and articles that can be used in a targeted manner depending on the language level.
