Hello! I’m Salome, a Georgian language tutor with a deep love for sharing my culture and language. Holding degrees in English Literature and years of teaching experience—from the British Council to university classrooms—I specialize in helping learners master Georgian from scratch or refine their fluency. Whether you’re preparing for travel, work, or personal growth, my lessons blend practical language skills with insights into Georgia’s rich history and traditions. I’ve been teaching for about five years, and during this time I’ve worked with students of different ages and backgrounds. I started as a teaching assistant at the British Council and later taught English and Georgian in several language centres. I’ve also taught first-year students at the Georgian Technical University.
I’m patient and understanding because I know how difficult it can be to learn a new language; therefore, my approach to teaching is simple: I strive to make lessons clear, practical, and focused on what the student actually needs. دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
My lessons are based on the student’s level and goals. Before starting, I usually assess what the student already knows and what they want to improve. Then I plan the lessons around their needs.
I try to keep my lessons simple, organised, and focused. I use materials that feel authentic and practical, including short texts, conversations, exercises, and examples from everyday life.
