Hi! I’m Risa, and my goal is to make your Japanese learning experience both exciting and easygoing!
- I currently live in Kyoto with my daughter.
- Having worked in Bangkok, Thailand, and Bangalore, India, I am happy to conduct our lessons in English.
- I also lived in France for about three years.

Risa has been very helpful in preparing me for my first trip to Japan. In 7 or 8 lessons we learned the basics of the language, and I created a "cheat sheet" with different categories of words and grammar with many examples. I feel well prepared to begin my journey and continue learning and practicing Japanese. Arigatoo Risa san!
