Great lesson with Junko! We started with some small talk - what did we do over the weekend, that sort of thing. We learned about using とか and also did some reading and listening about "my favorite season". Junko's class is a good mix of listening, speaking and reading!

Great lesson with Junko! We started with some small talk. After that we learned how to talk about weather and seasons. We did some listening exercises, which I was able to understand and answer the questions correctly. The lesson was fun and it is helping to do reading and listening with Junko!

Next, we learned some grammar points about using the て form to connect sentences with two verbs. We also learned about できます to talk about ability. The lesson was interesting and enjoyable!

Great lesson with Junko! We started with some small talk. After that, we worked on exercises from the book. There were several listening exercises about "my favorite season". After the listening exercises, we looked at the grammar notes to better understand the text. I understood the dialog after listening to the audio twice..doing these focused listening is helpful and Junko was happy that I understood quickly!

Junko helped me in the reading when we encountered a word/kanji that I didn't know (the book did not always have furigana). The lesson was fun and I enjoyed learning with Junko!
