★About me★
My motto is “Good fortune comes to those who smile!
I used to work as a university secretary, supporting international students and professors.
That experience inspired me to become a Japanese tutor, and I’ve taught learners from many countries ever since.
For me, learning a language means learning how to connect and communicate with others.
Recently, I’ve been checking things off my bucket list — I started learning guitar and dance! 🎸🕺
I love mystery novels and dramas, and I also enjoy anime 🥰
Right now, I’m really into Dr. Stone and Haikyuu!!
I have a cat 🐾

I always include some conversation time.
(JLPT materials are welcome, but I’m not a JLPT expert.)

Practice words and phrases for real travel situations—at hotels, shops, restaurants, and more.

Read short articles or stories to improve vocabulary and expression.

I was sooooo happy to see Mitsuko San again!!🤩 talking to you is like talking to an old friend 🙂↔️ I always say this and will say it again and again! Today we practiced the conversation as usual in a very natural way so I felt relaxed and confident

Mitsuko-san is a wonderful, happy teacher! I asked her not to use English and she has not spoken even one word of English to me. She also does something many teachers do not - if you don't know something she will pause and wait for you to think and get it right. I enjoy working with her and will continue.

Thank you so much for todays lesson. I feel like I have really improved my understanding and I feel much more confident in using potential form verbs :).
I really liked the way you taught the lesson, you could see when I was not confident and gave me the support I needed to make progress and to be successful.
