🔴 I am TESOL certified from Coventry House in Toronto, Canada
🟠 I have taught children and adults for 16 years
🟣 I have five years of online teaching experience
🟡 I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada
🟢 I am a native English speaker from Canada 🇨🇦

KIDS' LESSONS 🍭
✔ I use a variety of lesson materials depending on the age and needs of the child, such as the books "Let's Go," "American Family and Friends," "Teen2Teen," "Oxford Discover."
✔ I include songs, games, slideshows, videos, worksheets, and storybooks
✔ I give homework at every lesson
✔ I provide feedback to parents after every lesson
✔ Lesson materials are provided free to parents
ADULT LESSONS:
✔ I offer conversation and structured lessons
✔ Lesson materials are provided free to students
✔ Homework is optional

We recommend warmly Karla if you are looking for someone patient, kind, warm to help your kids learn English! It’s been a year that my daughter learns English with Karla once every week. I’m super grateful for all the help and time that Karla spent with my daughter. I’m amazed how much my daughter has progressed during this year with Karla. In a recent test that she did at British Council, my daughter was accepted by the bilingual section and will start learning English literacy with English native speaking kids.
