Khun Nat was very patient despite of the technical glitch and supported various ways to understand the language better.

I've had 5 lessons with Natalana so far and am very pleased with my progress. As a beginner, I had been learning Thai on my own on & off for a couple of years, but needed more structured help to continue improving. Natalana is pleasant and patient, creating a comfortable learning environment. She explains things clearly, making even challenging grammar easy to grasp. Her excellent English ensures smooth communication, with nothing lost in translation. She tailors lessons to my needs, balancing grammar, vocabulary, and conversation. I appreciate learning real-life Thai, including informal words and phrases that make me sound more natural. Her post-lesson summaries are clear, concise and & allow me to review & reinforce what I have learnt easily. I love the slangs & informal expressions she teaches the end of each lesson, something that's difficult to learn on your own. I’m excited to continue learning with her and am confident my Thai will improve significantly.

Overall session is quite satisfactory. There were some technical glitches on the Zoom usage. Rest is all dine.
