Yusuke is a great teacher and very helpful! I always enjoy my lessons with him!

Yusuke is always really encouraging when he’s teaching me Japanese. He also tries to reuse words he’s taught me before, which honestly helps a lot — it makes it easier to remember them. You can tell he really pays attention to the little things when he’s teaching. Over the years that I have been taking lessons on Italki I can say that this approach is quite rare among teachers. Also, his lessons are always really fun !!!! thanks a lot !! :)

One month after taking my previous lesson with Yusuke Sensei, I was very glad to learn that he was not just fully prepared as always, but also very eager to learn about my progress and discuss all the events the happened in the last month. We seriously had a very fun and engaging lesson, and if I had booked more than an hour - we could have probably continued going for another one! Highly recommend this teacher for both beginners and intermediate Japanese language learners!

Yusuke is always thinking of ways to help me improve my Japanese. He’s honest about what I need to work on, but he always gives feedback in a kind and encouraging way. In a lot of classes I’ve taken before, even if I spoke in an unnatural way, as long as I got my point across, the teacher wouldn’t correct me. Because of that, I have ended up developing a lot of bad habits that are now hard to fix. If you’ve had a similar experience and you’re at an intermediate or advanced level, I recommend taking Yusuke’s class. Honestly, even if you haven’t had the same experience, I still recommend it—I didn’t realise just how unnatural my Japanese was until Yusuke pointed it out. Even for beginners, his class is a great choice. You’ll be learning natural Japanese right from the start. Thanks for the fun lesson !!!!!
