My name is Yannis. I am a native Greek and I live in the small island of "Chios" in the Northern Aegean. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy and Educational Sciences, a Master's Degree in "New Forms of Education and Learning" (which is mostly related to online, adult education and lifelong learning using the information & communication technologies). I am currently studying for my second master's in "Education with use of New Technologies". I am a certified Greek language instructor and also qualifications for Special Education and School Psychology. For the past four years I have been teaching greek to people from all over the world. It's certainly a job I love doing!

Ioannis is an excellent teacher. I am glad that I found him! He is professional and always well-prepared with a variety of exercises for our lessons. He is patient and very creative, and he has quickly adapted his approach to suit my level of Greek. I enjoy the lessons immensely and he is definitely helping me to make progress.

Ioannis has done an excellent job of providing materials, analysis, practice, and incorporating technology into our lessons. He has been so far been an excellent teacher, incredibly patient, and very easy to chat too! He has always come with to class with a smile and a can-do attitude, and I am very excited to continue to take classes with him!

It was a very lucky choice I made with Iannis. Iannis is a very passionate teacher and made me comfortable since the first lesson. He has the talent to keep you motivated even during difficult topics of the language. His lessons are very well structured and Iannis also understand how to challenge me while still having fun. I am thankful for having Iannis as a teacher and strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to experience how to learn Greek with a solid and creative teacher. Five starts!!!
