I love my lessons with Andreea. Our conversations are always very engaging and informative. She knows an incredible number of resources that are well suited to my level of French. I feel that I have made great progress in a short time and now feel much more confident and know significantly more words to speak French.

This is my first lesson with Andreea. Even though I have studied Romanian on Duolingo for one year, I was still not sure about many of grammar rules and even wasn't able to talk about myself. Andreea explains me exactly what I wanted to know, and provides me a lot of useful information. I'm looking forward to improving my Romanian with Andreea!

Great first lesson! Excited to learn more about the French language

I studied French in the past and worked with Andreea to refresh my speaking skills for a job-related language exam (but I'd be happy to keep on with lessons just for the enjoyment). I am happy to say I passed my test! I really enjoyed my conversations with Andreea. She helped me improve my ability to speak more broadly and deeply, with more polish. She gave me recommendations on French books and newspaper articles to read and movies to watch for our discussions. This was a great help and a real pleasure, and helped me push my expectations of myself and my capabilities. She also gave me advice for how to approach my test format, which she was totally correct about. She was punctual, responsive and accommodating when scheduling. I highly recommend her for both her teaching style and her ability to home in and talk about the specific conversational topics I wanted to practice. It was easy to talk to her and I really look forward to my classes.
