Roaa Altamimi

I have had over 35 lessons with Roaa and my Arabic, especially spoken Arabic has improved hugely. I originally decided I wanted to do ITALKI lessons after an experience I had in an MSA group class, where I was asked to do a speaking exercise, and I felt embarrassed as I felt I could hardly say anything. Therefore, I decided I needed to improve my speaking ability immediately. After working with Roaa, and spending a large proportion of the lesson either speaking or listening, I have now become the best student in my MSA class in terms of speaking ability. Roaa is fantastic, very patient, works on developing your weaknesses, flexible and an all-round great Teacher. Would recommend to anyone wanting to drastically improve speaking and listening skills.

Roaa is awesome! She is patient, explains things in a way for students to understand and all-around just shared her passion for teaching this beautiful and intricate language to all those who seek to learn.

Roaa is the best! I've had around 40 lessons now and made a ton of progress. I supplement with other methods like duolingo and vocabulary books, and Roaa is a huge help with filling in knowledge gaps, explaining things that are left out of those other materials, and helping me drive forward through sticking points. Her materials are great and methods are incredibly useful. She's also helping with some custom ad-hoc lessons in a particular topic that I wanted to learn sooner rather than later.
