Hallo! I’m Tijn, a 22-year-old Dutch tutor with a passion for turning language struggles into laughter-filled learning experiences. Living my best life, I thrive on adventure—whether it’s traveling to new places, devouring delicious food, (i never gain weight) or diving into the depths of different languages. As someone who loves to connect with people from all walks of life, I bring that same energy to my lessons. My teaching style? Super chill, endlessly patient, and sprinkled with jokes to make Dutch feel less like a puzzle and more like a fun chat with a friend.عني كمعلّم
I am a relaxed teacher, i have alot of patience and a relaxing voice. I like to have fun with my students and laugh alot, make you feel comfortable. I empathize in my students and understand its hard to learn a new language, especially one of the most horrible one's like dutch. But i like to keep going and see progression. My lessons are relaxed, i take all the time we need and i am not in a hurry. If you have a lesson for 30 minutes and we take 40 minutes, i will not make problems. I will always try to make you feel comfortable and make the lessons more like you want it and like it. I will provide quizzes, and if you want it, i will provide personal homework and assignments, I can show you videos, audio's and pictures, just tell me whats best for you and we will do it.موادي الخاصة بالتدريس

My lesson with Tijn was my first attempt to speak in Dutch and despite stumbling over my words and being a bit stressed, the conversation was pleasant and Tijn seemed able to assess my level. He provided useful notes and vocabulary and explained his approach for future lessons.
Although it's always hard to know what to expect from and how to judge a first lesson in a language when at a very low level, we had an enjoyable conversation and Tijn helped me get my words out and create a good atmosphere for learning.
