I am a friendly, approachable, and experienced teacher of English currently working in the north of Spain. A native speaker, I am practiced in teaching adults of all levels, and I have proven success in helping students achieve their goals in the Cambridge English and IELTS exams.
I have a strong background in teaching business English to professionals, and I can provide business classes on a wide range of topics for individuals or organizations. I have worked as the Chief People Officer for an international video game company so I am well-positioned to help you succeed in interviews for new jobs.
I will develop interesting and relevant courses tailored to your specific requirements. Each lesson is designed to maximize your progress through active practice and real-world application. 30-Hour IELTS preparation qualification - The TEFL Institute - 2024This certification is a 30-hour specialist training course for experienced teachers who intend to teach IELTS preparation courses. The modules covered are: an introduction to IELTS, teaching listening for IELTS, teaching reading for IELTS, teaching writing for IELTS, teaching vocabulary for IELTS, and possible challenges that the teacher may encounter.

Chris is really patient and easy to talk to. I really love his classes! He can help us have smooth conversations, and he uses a spiral ascending teaching method. Through his classes, I’ve learned tons of vocabulary words and authentic expressions on different topics. He also adjusts his teaching style to fit my needs, and will send me tailored post-class materials. This helps me figure out exactly what I need to practice. Overall, Chris is an amazing teacher!
