I am a native Tibetan speaker based in Dharamsala 🇮🇳, with a passion for teaching colloquial Tibetan to help learners engage in meaningful, real-life conversations. With six years of teaching experience 🎓, I specialize in creating an immersive learning environment that combines language instruction with cultural insights, drawing from the rich heritage of Dharamsala🌄. My approach emphasizes practical communication skills while fostering an appreciation for Tibetan traditions 🏔️. Outside of teaching, I enjoy playing 🎸and exploring the musical interplay between Tibetan, Hindi, and English genres 🎶.Guided by the principle of 'Others before self, I strive to make each lesson a compassion.
From Dharamsala, I offer immersive colloquial Tibetan lessons for foreigners, emphasizing practical communication through my native fluency and cultural insights 🌏. So far, my teaching style has been to create a comfortable learning space 🛋️. I make the language relevant through cultural context and real-life scenarios, fostering both speaking skills and an appreciation for Tibetan 🏔️ heritage in Dharamsala. My teaching style moves from TPR for beginners to deep dives into meaningful communication, slipping into English only when someone hits a wall 🚧, all while staying grounded in the core of Tibetaness.
