Hello! I am really glad to know your interest in learning Tamil, the oldest language in the world. I’m Tamilselvi, a native Tamil speaker from Chennai. Friendly, flexible and approachable tutor A decade of experience in software engineering and deep roots in Tamil education (studied in Tamil medium school) Tutoring experience of 4+ years 4 years of working experience as a Tamil teacher. Great lesson with Tamilselvi! We read some words to practice the vowels. Tamilselvi made sure that I understood the words and had good pronunciation. After that, we reviewed the spoken Tamil with different verbs and pronouns. Seeing the verbs and pronouns together in sentences was very helpful!

Great lesson with Tamilselvi! We read some words with "a" and "aa" varisai. After that, we reviewed spoken Tamil and learned new verbs and question words. Tamilselvi does a nice job of helping with pronunciation and filled in gaps when I didn't remember a word!

Great lesson with Tamilselvi! We practiced reading for the first part of the lesson. After that, we moved on to spoken Tamil and learned new verbs and pronouns. Tamilselvi did a great job of making sure that I was able to read with good pronunciation!

Great lesson with Tamilselvi! We practiced reading words with all the vowels and consonants, which was good because there are a few letters that I was still getting confused. After that, we learned about "family members" and different verbs in spoken Tamil. Tamilselvi did a nice job of helping me out with the pronunciation on those confusing letters!
