Konnichiwa! I’m a native Japanese speaker living in Kanagawa. I lived in Australia for two years and have backpacked through over 50 countries. I love traveling because it enriches my life. I teach Japanese as I want to help you enjoy learning new language :) My former job is tour guide in Tokyo, so I have deep knowledge of Japanese culture, history, religion and so on. In addition to a tour guide, I have a variety of working experience; - web writer, nurse, administrative worker in a Japanese company etc These working experience enable me to teach many style of Japanese. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, playing the Shamisen (Japanese guitar), and playing Pokémon cards with my kids.

I currently teach online to students worldwide through direct contract and language platform. I also have teaching experience to international students in person. I don't want to just teach language, but want to show you background of it, so that you can understand not only Japanese but also Japanese culture. I believe this makes your learning much more fun! I hope you find learning Japanese fun and easy to keep going! < My qualifications related to Japanese teaching> - Teaching license for high school and junior high school - TOEIC 940 - a sense of fun :)

دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي

I use 'Genki' and 'QUARTET' to teach basic grammar. These textbooks are well-balanced for comprehensive learning. In addition, I use various Japanese materials to keep the lessons more practical as below. ・Flyers and restaurant menus ・Corporate and store websites ・Video and anime characters to explain things in a fun way My current students enjoy learning with these practical resources. <For Beginners> I use English when necessary to ensure you fully understand the 'why' and 'how' of Japanese grammar. <For Intermediate/Advanced> I intentionally increase the amount of Japanese as your Japanese skills improve.
