I was born in California, USA to a German/Austrian family. I have been living in Denver, Colorado since 2002 and absolutely love my city! I'm always acting as tour guide for friends and have a special interest in history. I have worked as a docent at a local museum, and in my free time I like to knit, sew, and write. Of course, I also love languages! German was my first language and I later learned Spanish and a (very) little French. I've been attempting Danish most recently.عني كمعلّم
I have been teaching English since 2009, beginning as a language assistant for a year in Spain, then working with various schools and as a private tutor. I have taught for three international, online schools and taught thousands of online classes. I have also taught in traditional school settings in both Los Angeles and Denver. My educational background is in Business and Political Science, and my students have ranged in age from 4 years old to 80. I can adapt easily to various class styles, from conversational to structured/test prep. My professional background also includes the military and medical fields.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I like to create stress-free learning focused on my student's interests. Whether you prefer conversation or grammar books with homework, I can provide a class structure and lend some suggestions on how to optimize your learning. I am generally formal in terms of scheduling and expectations, but more informal during the actual class time. I believe language learning should always be enjoyable.الشهادات
