Want to learn French with an artist? 🎨 Former teacher at Harvard and ENS-PSL alum in Paris, I’m both a painter and a grammar & pronunciation expert !
Are you an absolute beginner, or do your memories of high school French feel like a total mess? Let’s bring structure and order to all that! Using authentic materials — articles, literature, film clips, and even art — I make sure you learn French in the most effective way.
Intermediate or advanced? Let’s tackle your pronunciation, fix recurring grammar mistakes, and provide intensive exam preparation for TCF, TEF, or DELF/DALF.عني كمعلّم
I studied at ENS-PSL in Paris, have 5 years of private teaching experience, and taught French for one year at Harvard. Now back in France, I continue teaching French online to help my students make progress.
I support learners of all levels — from complete beginners to advanced students — and adapt to your goals and needs. My lessons focus on authentic communication: feeling confident speaking, writing, and expressing yourself in French.

In my lessons, you’ll learn French through drawing and exploring the works of famous French artists, from Romanticism to Impressionism and beyond. But if you prefer, we can speak of any other matter that interests you !

Wow! Ada is absolutely one of the very best tutors I have met on Italki. He is both a great conversationalist and a truly brilliant explainer of language. I asked him about a complicated grammar point and he gave me a thorough and accurate explanation off the top of his head; and then, when we weren't talking subtleties of the French language, he was consistently funny, warm and overall a pleasure to talk to. I truly would recommend his lessons to anyone!
