Bonjour! Hi! I am a certified French teacher with a Master degree from La Sorbonne University in Paris with 15 years of teaching experience.
I travelled around the world. I am currently residing in the Philippines, where I have been teaching in different languages schools, such as Alliance Française and international universities. Besides, I have also been teaching online for the past 8 years. I have taught more than 6000 hours of online courses to more than 750 students between 8 and 78 years old from 40 different nationalities. I love my job and I love teaching students from all over the world. This is such a great opportunity to share my culture and my love for the french language.عني كمعلّم
I customize the classes for every student depending on their levels, their needs, their interests and their objectives. I meticulously prepare each class using adapted and certified educational materials that I select for each student according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) standards accredited by the French government. Also, I constantly offer extra exercices and activities as homework in between classes upon request from my students. I offer not only general French classes, but also conversational classes for intermediate and advanced levels. Besides, I offer French exam preparation courses for students who are planning to take the DELF or TEF exams.دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
As an experienced and certified full time online teacher, I am determined to deliver excellence and to help each of one of my students improve and reach their goals. I can teach students from a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced and bilingual levels.

It is always interesting talking to Matthias and it is really helping my language learning. I feel that my comprehension has improved . On my recent visit to France I found it so much easier to understand French, I no longer find that French people talk to fast! Merci beaucoup Matthias. A bientot.

During the summer vacation, I had classes every two days with Matthias, it really became something of a motivation that has kept up my French learning (●'◡'●).
We worked on translation, writing, debating and free conversation ... I think Matthias really helped to bring my French to the next level and I especially appreciate the freedom that he allows his students to choose whatever learning material that interest them.
I believe instead of teaching a foreign language, Matthias is more inclined to share his ideas and opinions, and his modest attitude and openness assure that it's always such a delight talking with him !

Matthias has been so helpful in slowly explaining and reiterating key topics. Starting at the very beginning, he has helped to make French more approachable and fun. After a few lessons I already feel like I'm learning a lot!

Matthias is a good teacher, patient, encouraging and inspiring. He tried to cater to my personal need of learning French, which is partly conversational French and partly systematic language progression. He tried to engage me in every possible way of speaking so as to improve my conversational skills. I have enjoyed the lessons.
