I’ve lived and worked in Vancouver, Canada for 3 years, and even guided tours in Spain for a year. I’ve visited over 15 countries. I'm a real travel bug who loves meeting new people!
▪️cultural activities
I enjoy listening to music and watching dramas and musicals. I love finding creative ways to connect Korean learning with real life through songs, shows, or stories. 🌿
▪️animals
I have two adorable dogs who always keep me busy. they make my days full of little tasks, but they’re just too lovely to resist. 🐶عني كمعلّم
I have over 10 years of experience teaching English to Korean students.
My background as a language teacher helps me explain grammar and pronunciation in an easy and supportive way.

Another really fun lesson with Yena 선생님! I really like the structure of the lessons. I learn both grammar and vocabulary while practicing speaking. I've only had 3 lessons with her so far but have already learned a lot. She gives a vocabulary document that she updates with each lesson, shares the material from the class with notes, and gives homework. It is very comprehensive and I recommend her for intermediate students like me who are trying to really strengthen their Korean skills to be more natural and, one day, achieve fluency.

My trial lesson with 예나 선생님 was really fun and the hour went by quickly. She had prepared material for us to go over and I really liked the structure of the class. I plan on taking more lessons with her.
