Hi! My name is Angela, and I’m a native Korean speaker living in Seoul.
I majored in Statistics at Yonsei University and hold a Level 2 Korean Language Teaching Certificate.
I’ve taught Korean to learners from various backgrounds — from children and parents at a Multicultural Family Center to international patients and colleagues at an OB-GYN clinic.
Before that, I also worked at a yoga studio in Itaewon, where I helped organize classes and communicate with foreign teachers and students in English.
I also hold a Korean traditional confectionery certificate, which helps me introduce Korean culture in a tasty and creative way! 🍡عني كمعلّم
I teach Standard Seoul Korean, so you can learn the most natural and widely used expressions.
Since I was born in Gwangju, I can also share a bit of the Jeolla dialect if you’re interested.
I’m a patient and encouraging teacher who’s always happy to adjust lessons to fit your needs.
I’ve worked with people from different backgrounds, so I know how to make each class comfortable, engaging, and easy to follow.
I’m continuously growing as a teacher and love helping students gain confidence in speaking.
