Maoz

Maoz is an incredible Hebrew teacher who goes above and beyond to ensure his students truly understand every aspect of the language. He is always extremely prepared for each lesson, presenting material in a clear and structured way that makes learning both effective and enjoyable. His ability to tailor his teaching to my level has made a huge difference in my progress, and his encouragement keeps me motivated every step of the way. Maoz is a great Hebrew teacher. I have learned so much from him in the year that we worked together. He has excellent materials and is the most patient teacher that I have ever had. He has a well-thought-out system for teaching you Hebrew in a manageable way. He is the easiest person for me to speak Hebrew with. His method is very practical. He gives you good homework and it has helped me progress much faster because of it.

Maoz has been teaching me for almost a year now. He is an extraordinarily skilled language instructor with exceptional teaching skills, a wide breadth of knowledge, unusual intelligence (although he dislikes wearing this badge), the ability to adapt content to our - student - needs, and he has the patience of Job. He has the ability to make the complex simple... all in the target language, in Hebrew.

I learn something new, and he explains something that I didn't understand every time. I'm looking forward to delving even deeper into the Hebrew language.

Maoz continues to go above and beyond what one would expect from a tutor! He downloaded my book that I have been learning Hebrew from and prepares ahead of time to assist me with whatever I may be struggling to learn. He is affirming and encouraging always with extra tips to present another perspective for learning that may make grasping a new concept easier. I plan on continuing my Hebrew studies even after ending my Seminary classes. Instead of going to a online class I plan on continuing with weekly classes with Maoz.
