I am Luis, a Venezuelan educator based in Bogotá, Colombia, with a strong academic background in Mathematics and Physics. Holding a degree in Mathematics and Physics Education and having completed 30 out of 36 credits toward a Master of Science in Mathematics with a focus on Teaching, I bring over two decades of experience in teaching subjects such as mathematics, physics, calculus, and geometry. Additionally, I have been an online Spanish instructor for more than seven years, specializing in vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, listening comprehension, and conversational practice for learners of all ages—children, youths, and adults. Luis is a patient and kind teacher. I feel very comfortable working with him. He adapts to my basic spanish level by speaking slowly and clearly. He is great at creating conversation by asking questions that allow the conversation to move forward and listening and providing just the right amount of correction to mistakes that make you feel like you want to keep trying. I very much recommend.
