I’m Stu, a British English tutor with over 5 years of online teaching experience.
I hold a 120-hour Advanced TEFL certificate and a 30-hour Teaching English Online certificate from Premier TEFL, and I currently teach English online to both children and adults.
I specialise in real-life English, helping students speak more confidently and naturally through conversation, not boring textbook lessons!
I also help students with IELTS speaking practice, British pronunciation, and practical English for travel and work.
My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and adapted to your goals and level. If you understand English but feel nervous speaking, I can help you build confidence and fluency.
I’m a TEFL-certified teacher with IELTS experience, teaching adults and children from different backgrounds and levels. My lessons are calm, supportive, and focused on speaking confidence rather than perfection.
I’m especially good at helping students:
Feel comfortable speaking without fear of mistakes
Improve fluency and pronunciation
Sound more natural in conversation
I have experience teaching a range of age groups and people from various nationalities and backgrounds; from children in China to group English IELTS classes in Spanish with 15+ students
Because I’m also a language learner, I explain things simply and clearly, and I adapt lessons to what you actually need.
