Chào mọi người,
I am Mai from Ninh Binh (which means I teach with a northern accent). In 2016, I graduated with a degree in Vietnamese Studies from Hanoi University of Industry. Since then, I have worked both nationally and internationally as a Vietnamese language instructor both online and in-person. I received C1 English accreditation in 2019 and B2 Spanish accreditation in 2020.عني كمعلّم
I am extremely passionate about Vietnamese language, culture and history. Teaching Vietnamese not only gives me the chance to share my culture but also to connect with others. I try to teach in an informal, conversational style to provide real-world experience for my students and allow them to learn the language in a natural way. I believe this will instil confidence and a greater depth of knowledge. After 8 years of teaching, I’ve got lots of feedback from my students about how Vietnamese people behave when they realise that my students can speak some very natural Vietnamese and it totally changed their experiences for the better!دروسي وأسلوب تدريسي
I personalise the lesson plans depending on my student's needs, interests and learning style, so it will be very comfortable and interesting for you in every class. I also teach my students the most natural and informal way to speak Vietnamese which will help you go straight to our people’s hearts!

I really enjoyed my conversation with Kua. It was my second time with her and this time did a « hangout » lesson while eating lunch/diner.
It was really relaxed, we talked about a lot of things; I learned a lot of new words and I hat a lot of fun.
I look forward to our next hangout 😊

Sessions with Kua are always delightful and uplifting. Her patience and encouragement make it possible for us to have really fun conversations despite my still limited knowledge. I enjoy talking with Kua every time and look forward to our next class.

Kua is very good at designing exercises and lessons that fit your current knowledge level while also tying it into your interests or recent experiences. This style of teaching makes for very natural-feeling lessons that are easy to grasp and retain. She also has a wealth of uncommon knowledge about Vietnamese culture that I didn’t even come across while exploring the country’s museums and historical sites. Even after a short time, her lessons helped make my visit to Vietnam much more enjoyable. 10/10 recommend.
