Simon is very good at analyzing things. He teaches in a very structured and high-tech way. We can always go back and review the documents he types during the lesson, which helps us remember what we have learned and how he corrected our grammar.

Simon is a very kind teacher. He created an organised document for me that was perfect for my level. I can refer back to the document to study. Simon answered my questions and explained well making the lesson productive and interesting. His corrections were constructive and kind. I feel that I learned a lot of German today and already feel confident using my words and phrases.

I was looking for exam practices in oral discussion in and I found Simon. Simon's teaching style was practical and straight forward. Since I am familiar with the exam format but lack of practices, straight from the beginning we started with the model exam questions and Simon provided feedbacks afterwards. At first I was not so comfortable because in other general lessons teachers would correct your speech or correct after you when you are out of words. In Simon's teaching, it functions more like to speak with a native speaker in the daily conversations, or it's more like in the exam setting - no one is going to correct you. This forces me to solely try to make use of my own wordings to explain my thoughts. If you have your own difficulties and special requests on the teaching styles, Simon would adjust to your need too. Like for me, I would want more general feedback on the speaking flow rather than grammatic. And Simon did a good job on such adjustment and adaptation in his teaching.

Simon is a very energetic teacher when it comes to analyzing and explaining things. He is truly a professional.
