I’m a 5-star communication and career coach who helps ESL professionals strengthen communication skills for high-stakes goals, including competitive jobs, residencies and fellowships, and top university admissions.
I’m a TEFL-certified teacher and Certified Employment Interview Professional (PARWCC) with a background in international project management, marketing/communications, and grant writing. I’ve also interviewed in Spanish, so I understand the challenges of succeeding in a second language.
My coaching focuses on building confidence, clear professional storytelling, and culturally effective interview communication. Each lesson is tailored to your goals, with targeted practice, structured feedback (across 24 criteria), and practical tools for improvement between sessions. We work on organizing strong answers, managing nerves, and communicating with clarity and impact.

Certified Employment Interview Professional - PARWCC - 2020The Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) certification, offered by the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches, requires at least two years of experience in career coaching or a related field, completion of specialized training, and passing an exam.
