Looking for an Instant/Last Minute Lesson? Send me a message! I am Rina, a professional French and English teacher with lots of experience. I am also certified to assist with DELF. I studied Language and Linguistics(the science of language). I can help you perfect your pronunciation so that you sound more like a native speaker. I am very open to discussing many different topics such as Education, Food, Travel, Culture, History, Business and much more! I love reading books in all the languages that I am studying as I believe this is a great way to develop vocabulary and learn writing and speaking patterns. I'm a fun and motivated person. Our lessons will always be progressive and productive. I have been teaching for about 10 years. I teach children and adults of all ages and backgrounds. I completed my degree in Language and Linguistics, therefore accent reduction is an asset of mine. I can help you sound more like a native speaker in a relaxed and efficient way. I am very patient and motivational, I like to see my students strive towards their language learning goals. I can very easily adapt to different situations and adjust to every student's needs. I have various methods and activities to help all learners. My Masters degree in second language education allows me to bring the best techniques and practises to my classes. Rina is an excellent French teacher who is always well prepared for her lessons. I love how she incorporates writing, listening and speaking exercises into each lesson to provide a complete learning experience. My 13 year old daughter is learning a lot and enjoying the process.

I’ve been taking several lessons with Rina and she has been great in helping me progress. I started as a complete beginner, and her techniques got me speaking, typing, reading and listening with more and more ease everyday. She uses different ways to help me learn. There’s a lot of practice, visuals and homework which I appreciate a lot. She makes sure to circle back to my progress and provides me with relevant topics. She also starts our lessons getting me to talk about my day/week and it helped a lot with my speaking and listening skills. Thank you Rina, I appreciate all that you do and I look forward to more lessons with you!

I have had 10 lessons so far with Rina and it has been a tremendous help as I learn French. I really appreciate the skill she brings to working with me on the grammar and pronunciation simultaneously. I started really from not knowing much and I already feel like I can pick out and understand what I hear in our sessions. She is very well organized, brings linguistic expertise and teaching expertise to the sessions. Highly recommend!

Amazing teacher who keeps the conversation flowing effortlessly. She creates a very comfortable space where you’re encouraged to speak freely, make mistakes, and learn from them. Corrections are given gently and at the right moments, which really helps build confidence. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to improve their speaking skills in a supportive and engaging way.
