Hi, I’m Josh, a native English speaker from London, now living in Brazil. With a degree in Hispanic Studies and Portuguese, and experience working in project management and recruitment, I’ve lived in four different countries and speak four languages (still learning more!). My background in languages helps me understand the challenges of becoming fluent. As a TEFL-certified teacher (Level 5), I’m here to make learning English fun, dynamic, and personal. From my time working in a bookshop to my passion for travel, we’ll never run out of things to talk about. Let’s make your language journey exciting—I can't wait to meet you!
I hold a Level 5 TEFL qualification from The TEFL Academy and have completed a 10-hour teaching practice course. With four years of teaching experience and a strong background in linguistics and literature, I’m well-equipped to help you improve pronunciation, naturalness, and fluency in English. If you're a native Spanish or Portuguese speaker, I can easily identify and address any interference from your first language. Having worked in a London bookshop, I also bring a love for idioms and expressions that will enhance your language learning experience.
My lessons are fully adapted to your needs, ensuring a personalized approach to help you reach your language goals.
