Hello! I’m Josh, a native British English speaker from Cambridge, UK. With over seven years of teaching experience and a TEFL qualification, I specialise in helping students master authentic British English, whether for travel, work or any other reason. I believe that practically any personal motivation for learning a language is a good one!
If you want to sound more natural, understand British culture or simply gain confidence in your English, I’m here to help. I can also help you to prepare for exams in an enjoyable way, where I'll do my best to take the stress out of the experience. Let’s learn English together and make your learning journey as engaging and rewarding as possible!
My passion for language and travel has taken me across the globe, allowing me to connect with people from many different backgrounds. I believe that this experience has made me culturally aware and adaptable, which I believe is essential for understanding each student’s unique needs. I also speak German and Spanish, so I understand the challenges of learning a new language firsthand.

Nach einer längeren Pause hatte ich heute wieder eine tolle Lektion mit Josh, was mich sehr motiviert hat. Für mich ist es sehr hilfreich, dass Josh Deutsch spricht und auch mal etwas auf Deutsch erklären kann und so Hilfestellung bietet. Er ist sehr geduldig, das schätze ich sehr!

Josh is a great teacher. He is very patient and helps when you need it and can't get any further. Mistakes are pointed out in a friendly manner and he always writes the correction in the chat and explains it.
