Progress is always a given with Anastasia - she keeps me leaning forward. Her lessons are interesting, fun and very helpful and effective. On top of that, she is one of the kindest and sweetest people I've ever met -- our lessons are like a brother and sister having a friendly chat - ranging from serious to teasing, and always enjoyable and helpful

I am so grateful for Anastasia. Let's face it, Russian isn't a simple language but Anastasia explains it clearly and puts it in a context that makes sense to me, as well as being endlessly patient while I struggle through it! She's also very funny and smart, so I look forward to every lesson, even when I'm not at my most intelligent.

I appreciate how Anastasia is patient with me when I am finding words and also helps me find better ways to express myself. All very relaxed and warm--sometimes I am surprised by what I am actually able to say!! If you're looking to improve your Russian while also exploring all manner of topics, this is your teacher! Also she has really good equipment, so the sound is top quality. :)

My first lesson with Anastasia was awesome! I am not a great conversationalist in Russian but she didn’t seem fazed by that at all, she asked interesting questions and let me speak a lot, correcting my mistakes along the way. I was surprised that I could speak so much and that an hour could go by so quickly :)
