I'm a certified English and Portuguese teacher, and I also speak Spanish fluently. I have over 25,000 hours of experience teaching languages, and I've been working as a teacher since 2014. I have a lot of experience teaching online and also in the classroom. I'm a very patient, understanding and friendly teacher, and I'm passionate about my job! Portuguese is my native language since I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, but I lived in the United States during High School. I've also lived in Colombia and Chile for a short period of time, and I hold a bachelor's degree in International Relations.

Since I have experience as a learner of other languages, I can relate to my students’ feelings, challenges and difficulties. I have a great amount of excellent resources, my materials are carefully prepared, selected and freely shared and I prepare my lessons according to my students' needs, goals and interests. We can work on specific vocabulary, grammar, or we can have conversations and talk about different subjects. My goal is to help you to speak more confidently and fluently as soon as possible and I will be very glad to be part of your learning process. :) *Before booking a lesson, please view Cancellation Policy.*

*Before booking a lesson, please view Cancellation Policy.* I offer Conversation lessons for Intermediate or Advanced students and Tailor-made lessons for all levels. If you are a beginner, you need to take Tailor-made lessons. We'll expand vocabulary, learn grammar, work on your pronunciation, improve your speaking, listening and also writing and reading skills. If you have a kid and want him/her to learn Portuguese, I offer Tailor-made lessons designed for children. *CANCELLATION POLICY* Students can cancel or reschedule lessons up to 24h before its starting time. After that, lessons can't be rescheduled or canceled and are charged even if the student is absent.

Learning with Isabella has been an incredible experience this year! Each class I feel more natural and confident.
