HSK - 中国汉语水平考试 - 2007A person who get the certification level B in speaking is a native speaker. HKS has 11 levels in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Level 11 is Highest levels in these four skills. So I got level 10 in speaking, it means my Chinese level is a native speaker.
