Before becoming a full-time teacher, I spent nearly a decade working as a medical assistant and pharmacy technician, and later transitioned into cybersecurity and IT. Because of this unique background, I specialize in helping professionals communicate clearly, naturally, and confidently in high-pressure environments — whether that’s a hospital triage room, a patient consultation, a daily stand-up meeting, or a technical job interview. Robert is an amazing teacher! He helped me a lot not only with my English but also with my job hunting. We did mock interviews, he prepared custom exercises to help me and he gave me great advice to handle difficult moments during the process. He’s very tech-savvy and knows how to help people with coding, tech interviews, or technical communication in general. I learned a lot with him and also found a friend. Five stars only because I can’t give more.

Great trial lesson! The teacher's energy and delivery were excellent, and I felt comfortable right away. We discussed my goals and mapped out a learning plan. I’m definitely going to continue with more lessons.

I just finished a conversation lesson on italki with Mr. Roberts. I feel like I learned a lot and had a great opportunity to practice speaking more actively and improve my response speed. Since I have an upcoming interview, I really need to focus on preparation. Mr. Roberts has been very kind and has guided me on how to prepare and practice effectively. Through these lessons, I've been able to train my reactions and improve my confidence. He also helped me understand how to reach my goals and gave me clear direction. I think his lessons are very helpful, and I really appreciate his support.
