🌈I started teaching Chinese when I was still in university, and I have more than 1000 hours of experience in teaching Chinese.

🌈I had taught grade 1 students to learn pinyin, recognize and write Chinese characters, and learn texts in a Chinese primary school and had also tutored the reading and writing of grade 4 and grade 5 Chinese students.

🌈From 2019 to 2020, I worked as a volunteer Chinese teacher in a secondary school in Thailand. I mainly taught the comprehensive Chinese course and the Chinese listening and speaking course. In addition to class, I also helped my students to participate in various Chinese competitions, and they won very good rankings.

Chinese teacherI was selected by the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) to go to Thailand as a volunteer Chinese teacher. I gained a lot of teaching experience. And I had colleagues from all over the world who taught English as a foreign language. I often interacted with them. Amazing! We spent the entire time talking! I absolutely loved it. Even though my vocab is limited, Tina made sure to repeat certain words and elaborate when I didn't understand. If you are worried about choosing a teacher out of fear or worry, fear not! Tina makes the class enjoyable, not stressful, and absolutely beneficial to your language learning :)

It was my first class with Tina. Since it is coming soon, we talked about 春节 and discussed the traditional food and activities associated with this festival. In addition we also read a small legend on the origin of 除夕. Tina was very patient and carefully explained the new vocabulary and expressions, matching my Mandarin level to keep it interesting but not excessively challenging. I learned many words today!
