Hello and welcome to my online German language classes! My name is Chris and I am a native German speaker with nearly 10 years of experience teaching to students of all levels.
I have a passion for helping others learn and appreciate the beauty of the German language and culture. With my background as Education Scientist, I have developed a comprehensive and personalized approach to teaching that focuses on building a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary, while also incorporating conversational practice and cultural insights.

My personal lesson style varies from student to student.
With some I just have a casual conversation, other I teach step by step and be a guide through tricky grammar and a mix of both and more with other students.

I have been working with Chris for about 3 years now and with good reason - he is a consummate professional. He has taken me from basically 0 German to be able to having conversational skills. His corrections are seamless and he has a great sense of humor and always interesting things to talk about. I recommend him for anyone!
